The French Riviera has one airport, Nice Cote d'Azur Int'l Airport, which is located 10 kms from the Nice city center, 27 kms.(45' by bus) from Cannes or 20 kms (20' by bus or 7' by helicopter to Monaco.
The French Nat'l & Air France traffic is operated at Terminal Two (BT2) which handles National flights (even if you connect in Paris coming from America, for example) as well as most Air france which are not in code sharing. Terminal One (BT1) handles the other flights. There is an airport tax of FF 12 per person on departure from the Nice airport, and a security fee of FF 27 per person using the helicopter service.
Welcome at NICE airport: Upon landing, our VIP Meet'n Greet multilingual interpreter will be waiting with a name sign at the exit of the bagage claim area, to ease your arrival to the Cote d' Azur. He will assist you and lead you personally to your transportation. Our VIP staff will also supervise transportation of luggage by porters.
For staggered arrivals and departures: Our airport transfer costs are for your guidance and are good indication of likely actual costs. We shall be delighted to provide a precise costing once final flight arrival and departure patterns are known. Some arriving guests would be grouped together in the most cost-effective permutations with coaches and bagage vans but others may arrive very early or very late and may require more expensive private chauffeur transfers. Accordingly, we suggest that you should budget to have a Co-ordinator to be placed on the Arrivals Concourse of the major (used) Terminals to provide full co-ordination of arrivals and "meet and greet" service, in addition to the specific guide/escorts who accompany all motorcoaches to and from the hotels. Costs may be lower if the entire group arrives and departs on the same flight. We frequently orchestrate large groups arriving on numerous flights and at different terminals. As part of our service, we would provide free Hospitality desk Staffing to assist with welcoming and hotel registration on the day of arrival and our rates includes the provision of a Welcome information pack and a map (one per couple); We would be delighted to assist with the provision of special welcome gifts and their distribution. Welcome to the rail stations (either Cannes, Nice or Monaco): our VIP interpreter will meet your passengers on the platform if we know the train, carriage and seat numbers, otherwise our interpreter will be waiting with a name sign at the head of the taxi line since local stations have several exits.
Baggage Trucks: A separate locked luggage truck (from 40 to 210 pieces per truck) between Nice airport (or railway station) and the hotel or cruise ship, including driver's help for loading and unloading of baggage.
