TRANSFERS & EXCURSIONS CONDITIONS

To get you where you're going in style, VIP Riviera Service maintains (with Santazur, the largest motor coach company on the French Riviera) a fleet of 55 vehicules, connected by cellular phones for flawless, timely connections. ONLY new-model deluxe air-conditioned motor coaches (15 to 57- seater) made in Europe: Mercedes, Setra and Bova equipped with airplanelike reclining seats, overhead baggage racks, reading lights, with working microphones and P.A. system. Some have lavatories and VCR's. Executive coach with sofas do not exist locally, but we can turn-in a (or several) larger coach into a 28-seat configuration or less in taking out seats and by installing up to 4 tables. Coaches are always identified with a "your client's company name" sign. Vehicles of appropriate capacity are used, depending on the size of each group, keeping in mind that we want your clients to be comfortable and we do not use the vehicle to its capacity, in the ratio between group size is as follows:

Under 10 pax : 16-25 seater motor coach	10-15 pax : 25-35 seater motor coach
15-20 pax : 35-45 seater motor coach	Over 22 pax : 45-49 seater motor coach

Due to limited parking space in front of hotels, our transportation is always ready 15 minutes before actual departure time. In case, you require to have motorcoaches earlier, an additional hour overtime has to be charged as well as parking fees (quotes on request).

Unless specified otherwise, all tours and excursions are available daily, and may be offered on an optional basis if budget doesn't allow them to be included in the program itself. In addition, all half-day tours may be combined with lunch either before or after the tour. Please obtain restaurant suggestions and recommended "Sales prices" from VIP Riviera Service.

Insurance: Click to see a letter of confirmation from the insurers stating that our coach company uses only its own vehicles in perfect state, employing only experienced drivers and that the security of passengers (and luggage damaged by driver) is guaranteed. The amount insured in case of damage is unlimited.
